Fruity Popsicles



On hot summer days, these fruity popsicles are a tasty and healthy treat. They are naturally sweet and full of flavor because they are made with fresh fruit and coconut water.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit such as strawberries, kiwi, mango
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

Wash and chop the fruits into small pieces

In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, honey or maple syrup, and coconut water

Blend until smooth

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds
