Cucumber Rose Aperol Spritz

A classy and refreshing drink made with the bitterness of Aperol, the crispness of cucumber, and the flowery notes of rose. It's great for a romantic evening or a summer party.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Aperol
• 2 oz prosecco
• Splash of soda water
• 3-4 cucumber slices
• 1 rose petal optional, for garnish
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a glass, muddle cucumber slices gently

Add ice cubes to the glass

Pour Aperol over the ice

Top with prosecco and a splash of soda water

Stir gently to combine

Garnish with a rose petal if desired
