Brownie Bite Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate candy melts
- Cake pop sticks
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions:
Warm up your cake pop dispenser
Combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed
Add the chocolate chips and stir
Pour the batter into each of the cake pop maker's cavities, filling them about two thirds of the way
Once the toothpick comes out clean, cover the pot and cook for 45 minutes
After taking the brownie bites out of the maker, allow them to cool fully
Use a double boiler or the microwave to melt the chocolate candy
Each cake pop stick should have its tip dipped in melted chocolate before being inserted halfway into a brownie bite
Let the excess drip off after completely dipping each brownie bite into the melted chocolate
While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles
To set, place the cake pops on a tray lined with parchment paper
Proceed with the remaining brownie pieces in the same manner
Before serving, let the chocolate coating solidify
