Instant Pot Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
These Instant Pot Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes are a delicious and comforting side dish that can be prepared in no time using your Instant Pot. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, they are sure to be a hit at any meal!
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Put in half of the sliced potatoes at a time in the Instant Pot
Put half of the cheddar cheese shreds on top of the potatoes
Put chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Pour half of the cream mix over the potatoes and cheese in the Instant Pot
Add more layers with the rest of the cheese, cream, and potatoes
Put paprika on top and butter on top of that
Seal the valve and close the Instant Pot's lid
Place the food in the pot and add high pressure
When you're done, do a quick release to let the pressure out
Open the lid slowly, and let the potatoes sit for a few minutes so that they can thicken
If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs
