Eggnog Fudge Crepes

These Eggnog Fudge Crepes are the perfect holiday treat. They are made with a creamy eggnog-infused batter and filled with rich chocolate fudge sauce. A sprinkle of powdered sugar and optional whipped cream make them a delightful dessert for festive occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions:

The batter should be smooth after you mix the flour, eggs, eggnog, melted butter, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a bowl with a whisk

Put a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat and use cooking spray or butter to lightly coat it

Add 1/4 cup of the crepe batter to the pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom evenly

For one to two minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the crepe is slightly golden on the bottom, cook

Use a spatula to flip the crepe over and cook for another one to two minutes on the other side, until golden

Take it out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter

Put some chocolate fudge sauce on each crepe and fold them in half, then in quarters to make a triangle

Put powdered sugar on top of the crepes and serve them hot

No need to: For an extra treat, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg

Have fun with your tasty Eggnog Fudge Crepes!
