Kahlua Cheesecake Brownies



Enjoy the rich and decadent flavors of brownies made with Kahlua and a swirl of creamy cheesecake. It's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with a touch of class.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan

Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, substituting water with Kahlua liqueur

Spread half of the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth

Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter in the pan

Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top of the cream cheese mixture

Use a knife to swirl the brownie batter into the cream cheese mixture, creating a marbled effect

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares
